Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026.
This policy explains how Nexuss Technology handles information collected through nexusstechnology.com. It covers this public website and its consultation form. It does not describe information handled within client IT systems or the external support portal.
Information you provide
When you request a consultation, the form collects your first and last name, business email address, company size, services of interest, and a description of your needs. You may also provide your phone number and company name. Information included in your message is part of your submission.
When you submit the consultation form, your IP address is also recorded with your submission.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, medical records, or other sensitive information in the consultation form.
How inquiry information is used
We use the information you provide to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss relevant services, and manage related business communications. Technical information is used to operate the website and protect the consultation form against spam and abuse.
Inquiry information is handled by Nexuss Technology and the providers supporting website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights or the security of our services.
Website, email, and security providers
The website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger. Consultation submissions are recorded through Fluent Forms on the website and sent to Nexuss Technology by email using Microsoft 365. These services process information needed to operate the website and deliver inquiries.
The consultation form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated traffic and reduce spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information, and information about the website where the check takes place to provide and improve bot detection. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy for details.
Some fonts are loaded through Google Fonts. When these resources load, your browser connects to Google and sends technical request information, including your IP address and browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its data practices.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses technical services for page display, form operation, and spam protection. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information needed to provide their functions.
Third-party font and security services receive technical information when their resources load on this website. Some providers also operate across other websites and services. Their data practices, including any use of information across services, are described in their privacy policies linked above.
You can manage cookies and site permissions through your browser settings. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not, by themselves, block requests to this website or its external services. Blocking cookies or third-party resources may affect website features, including the consultation form.
Keeping inquiry records
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain records of relevant business communications, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. How long a record is kept depends on its purpose and any ongoing business relationship.
Inquiry information may be stored in website form records, email mailboxes, and backups. Deleting a record from an active system does not necessarily remove it immediately from existing backups. You can contact us using the details below to request deletion of information associated with your inquiry.
Privacy questions and requests
For questions about information submitted through this website, or to request a review, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, contact Nexuss Technology at info@nexuss.us. Include enough information to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive information.
Links to other websites
This website links to an external client support portal and other websites. Review the privacy information provided by those services before submitting information to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, or information practices change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date at the top so visitors can identify the current version.
